Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Alrashed Tea, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products being consumable food items, our return and refund policy is subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. No Returns on Food Products

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products, including all tea products, once they have been delivered.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All products are non-returnable after delivery
  • This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of all products

3. Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)

We may review requests for replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The customer receives the wrong item
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect affecting quality

4. Conditions for Claims

To be eligible for review, the customer must:

  • Submit the request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue
  • Ensure the product is unused and unopened, where applicable

The store reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet these conditions.


5. Resolution

If the claim is approved, the store may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent item
  • or
  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the case

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days
  • The store is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or payment providers

7. Disclaimer

The store is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Incorrect usage of the product
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients
  • Minor variations in color, taste, aroma, or weight due to natural ingredients

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped only.

The store reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on the order status.


9. Shipping Damage

If a product is damaged during shipping:

  • The customer must notify the store immediately
  • Provide supporting photos

Each case will be evaluated accordingly.
